In-Person Worship Has Resumed

  • Beginning July 1st, corresponding to state and CDC guidelines, masks are no longer required on campus or in worship for those who are fully vaccinated, but are asked of those who are not.
  • Starting Sunday, July 4th, we have one service at 9:30 a.m. This will remain through September 12th.
  • There is no longer a limit on how many participatory songs we have per service.
  • We continue to livestream the 9:30 worship service on YouTube each Sunday, so that we can engage those not ready to return to in-person worship and/or those who are a part of the KW family but not in our area.

Any questions about this? Just reach out to Pastor Chris.

About KirkWood

The KirkWood Church is a Presbyterian (U.S.A.) congregation that was chartered in 1987. We are a part of the Presbytery of Eastern Virginia and we are located in historic Hampton Roads, near Yorktown, Poquoson, Hampton and Newport News. Our members are found to be active in all phases of community life. We like to worship, learn, work, and play together, loving God and enjoying his wonders and graces. All of our activities are open to all — seekers, skeptics, and devoted. Come grow with us.
